The mechanism is related to electroacupuncture inhibiting the release of DA form dopaminergic neurons projecting to locus ceruleus to reduce the binding of DA to dopaminergic receptors on the noradrenergic neurons in micturition center locus coeruleus. 其机理与电针抑制投射到蓝斑的DA能神经元DA释放,导致DA与蓝斑排尿中枢NA能神经元的DA受体结合减少有关。
